Roderick Zalameda was born in the Philippines and moved to Canada in 1970. After earning his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Studies from Concordia University, his passion for the arts led him towards a variety of projects including live performance, recording soundtracks for film, as well as inter-disciplinary presentations. Rod has collaborated with choreogapher Meiko Ando, artist Go Hirano, and is part of the experimental collective of filmmakers and musicians that is Pinkeye.
